THE WHAT:
Playmakers is a leadership academy designed to invest in SEC staff by developing them into growing and maturing organizational leaders. Each track is a 30 week journey and it builds on itself.
THE WHY:
Because everything rises and falls on leadership. Our ability to fulfill the mission and vision of FCA
“to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus and His church”
is directly connected to our ability to lead with excellence.
THE WHO:
Invitation only by supervisor (applicants must meet this criteria):
1.
Have served on staff with FCA for more than one year.
2.
You are thriving in your assigned position on the FCA team.
3.
You have a hunger to grow as a servant leader.

SD’s & MAD’s identifying staff who fit the criteria
October 2026:
Invitation to staff to Playmaker’s Leadership Academy
November/December 2026:
Prep work for the leadership Academy
January - August 2027:
(2) in-person leadership training sessions (6) zoom trainings
Graduation Certificate: Your state staff training
